Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical lead to bridge the gap between business analysis and technical architecture. This role suits a seasoned developer who enjoys taking a strategic view across multiple projects, designing scalable solutions, and aligning technical implementation with business goals.

You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to shape, document, and support the delivery of modern software solutions — often involving cloud infrastructure, data-intensive workflows, and AI components.

Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end technical solutions across multiple projects using modern cloud-native stacks (AWS)
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders from different teams (product, design, QA, DevOps, product owners, client-side) to gather requirements and align technical direction with business goals
  • Work closely with product owners and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs
  • Document system architecture and component interactions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
  • Review and improve code quality, data flow, and deployment pipelines
  • Collaborate with DevOps to shape CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies including LLMs and cloud-based AI tools (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI)
  • Contribute to solution scalability, performance, and security planning
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Strong backend development background
  • Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker)
  • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch
  • Experience with React/JavaScript on the frontend
  • Hands-on with Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
  • Familiarity with structured data formats: XML, JSON, XSLT
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills (English at least C1)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently and driving solutions across distributed teams
  • Able to balance big picture thinking with hands-on implementation
  • Valid Polish residence and permission to work in Poland
