Origin Digital combines unique insights from thousands of farms, rich satellite, soil, and local weather data with agronomic science and decades of experience in the field to create powerful tools for sustainable and profitable farming.

These tools help farmers gain real-time insight into soil health and nutrition, predict and prevent crop disease, and integrate sustainable agriculture practices while staying compliant and profitable.

Our role

Digiteum has supported Origin Digital’s mission since 2020. By adding competent senior engineers, we helped them scale their development teams for several projects. So they could meet delivery targets without stretching resources.

Speed, flexibility, and a profound understanding of the Client’s needs were important from day one. Our goal was to not only find top-tier engineers but also quickly adapt to changing requirements, product iterations, and evolving projects.

From the start until today, our engineers have been integrated into Origin Digital teams working closely with product owners and engineering leadership. They contribute to the development, modernization, and support of the Client’s flagship Contour platform and data-driven applications for:

  • field performance monitoring and planning (Contour Grass)
  • compliance monitoring and reporting (Contour Grass)
  • crop disease forecasting and risk assessment (Disease Risk)
  • nutrient analysis and recommendations (Contour Nutrient Planner and Lime Planner)
  • client onboarding and account management (GROW)
