Digiteum is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work in our team.
Digiteum designs and develops custom software across web, mobile, chatbots and IoT. Today, we consider hiring talented B2B sales managers and converting them into a successful team of professional IT sales managers. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales segment in the global market. Proactive approach to negotiations and sales.
Good command of sales practices and effective lead nurturing.
Ability to work efficiently both with “warm” and “cold” leads.
Active interest in the IT industry, its environment and trends, good understanding of the IT basics (eg. difference between a website and an app), though sales experience in this domain is not necessary.
Experience in conducting negotiations with C-level executives and business owners, ability to find a decision-maker in every company.
Experience in closing $100k+ deals.
Ability to build up communication, identify the needs and requirements of a potential client and understand what service to sell in each particular case.
Creative approach to searching for new “cold” leads, ability to show ingenuity, try new methods and use different alternatives (you can easily shift from emailing to “cold” calls if needed).
Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience in working with business-related data – analyzing information, conducting researches that can help expand our market presence.
Genuine curiosity and interest in getting new knowledge, experience and self-improving.
Teamwork experience is a plus.
Help in exploring IT domain well enough to successfully implement sales-related tasks and reach relevant goals.
Help in tech team pre-sale process.
Transparent and dynamic decision-making processes, content support (presentations, articles, landings, etc.).
Well-established CRM practices.
