Digiteum, a leading cross-functional software development company, is looking for a proactive lead generation specialist to join our team in Minsk. This is an entry-level position suited for people with little to no experience in sales or IT.

Help build a stable lead generation process utilizing previous experience.
Work with sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals by active search and attraction of potential clients.
Generate MQLs through cold Linkedin messages and emails.
Participate actively in team meetings, generate ideas, take initiative and responsibility.
Work within our CRM to build a data driven sales engine.
1+ year work experience in sales prospecting, lead research, and generation or similar function with software products or services.
Knowledge of at least one approach to generate leads: cold outreach, conferences, social selling, ABM, etc.
Experience using document management tools like Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Analytical mindset and research skills, attention to detail.
Experience with sales and marketing automation tools.
