HR Business Partner

Digiteum, a leading cross-functional software development company, is looking for an HR Business Partner with 3+ years of experience. We are hiring in Minsk, Belarus.

Joining Digiteum as an HR Business Partner means:

– Working closely with company project managers and owners.
– Developing and implementing long-term strategies to develop and retain talents.
– Being a contact person for all the employees regarding any issues and difficulties they might have.
– Staying close to people (leading regular meetings with management and 1:1 with employees) to understand what drives and keeps them committed and engaged.
– Helping people get the most out of their potential. Identifying and analyzing people’s needs and understanding the priorities and challenges.
– Conducting market research and testing new approaches and best practices.
– Promoting remote organizational culture within the team and candidates.
– Organizing events: online and offline.
– Fostering career and professional growth of the team.
– Running Onboarding sessions with newbies (onsite).
– Promoting open communication and feedback culture within employees.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an IT profile company with a fast-pacing high-growth environment.
  • You’re located in Minsk and you’re open for a hybrid model of work​.
  • Proven track record of collaboration with senior management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical, initiative, and solution-focused mindset, i.e. you are able to translate data-driven strategy into action.
  • Hands-on experience in designing people strategies for Tech teams. Especially remote ones.
  • Good command of written and spoken Russian and English (C1+).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive strategic approach and know-how to co-shape an overall human capital management strategy responsive to challenges and continuously changing needs.
