We’re actively seeking an accomplished DevOps Engineer with significant experience in Terraform. This opportunity involves collaborating on an exciting project alongside a leading publishing company based in the UK. In this role, you’ll have the chance to drive the evolution of an innovative CI/CD pipeline and establish robust DevOps practices. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing the speed and efficacy of the software development lifecycle, making substantial strides in efficiency and effectiveness.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will : – work with a small and flexible team (4 ppl) in a very agile environment (planning, 2-week sprints, retrospectives). – work with Terraform and use various DevOps automation techniques to set up an effective deployment pipeline.
The project is long-term, starting with the development of the first MVP and further expanding its capabilities. The ultimate goal is to streamline the Client’s software development process, focusing on continuous integration and delivery.
Experience writing and implementing custom Github actions.
Proficiency with Terraform, including writing and implementing custom tf-modules.
Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile development environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Valid Polish residence and permission to work in Poland.
Nice to have
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics.
Knowledge of web services, API, REST, Service Discovery.
Experience running containerised applications, ideally in AWS ECS using Fargate.
Familiarity with New Relic monitoring platform.
Knowledge of the Spotify Backstage service catalogue.
