Increasing the company’s revenue by ensuring the steady growth of the client portfolio based on the growth KPIs and account development roadmaps;
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company;
Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints;
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams;
Developing a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and ensuring the Digiteum team does its best to help achieve them;
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for Digiteum stakeholders;
Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals;
Creating monthly reports to clients;
Documenting all activities in our CRM system.
Join us if you have
5+ years of experience in IT/Tech Sales/AM/PM;
C1+ level of English (our clients are often native speakers);
Strategic thinking and tactical excellence in growing accounts;
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills for dealing with different types of customers;
Exceptional analytical skills;
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with production teams within the software development lifecycle;
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
