To do that, they provide commercial real estate, apartment buildings, and private homes with smart devices and services to monitor and manage energy use.

They wanted to create software that makes planning and managing smart device installations easy. No engineering or coding skills required. Managers just enter basic property details and the software handles the rest, generating tailored plans, device recommendations, and pricing.

Our role

The Client needed a skilled frontend team to develop a high-performing intuitive web interface for managing installation projects.

The project was at the early stage, so the scope kept changing with new ideas and features emerging on the go. To handle the pace, the Client needed a resilient and flexible team. A team that could adapt to changing requirements and deliver a high-quality product.

We set up a team of three senior frontend engineers. We also assigned a Client Success Manager to advocate the Client’s needs and manage changes effectively.

The team quickly adjusted to the evolving project roadmap, helping the Client release software that automates smart home planning and speeds up the transition to energy-efficient buildings.
