Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer (L2) to join our team and support our client’s mission-critical ERP system. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy and growth potential.

Join our team of experts as a Tech Support Engineer.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth technical support for ERP system users (internal and external)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, data integrity, and user access
  • Escalate complex problems to Level 3/Engineering as needed
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA)
  • Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, and known issue
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and data migrations
Requirements
  • 3–4 years of experience in technical support or systems administration
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or custom ERP platforms)
  • Experience with SQL and reading/debugging logs
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above)
  • Strong customer-facing and problem-solving mindset
  • Must possess a valid Polish passport (EU work eligibility is mandatory)
  • Occasionally working in Gdańsk office (on site)
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
  • Background in finance, logistics, or manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
