We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager (BA/PM) to work in our team. Digiteum designs and develops custom software across web, mobile, chatbots and IoT. We are continuously developing in AI and NLP segments. Unlike body shop companies, we are focused on elaborating strategy, UX/UI design and development and launching quality digital products and services for our clients. We are searching for a talented specialist who shares this attitude, loves creating successful products, knows how to appeal to people, formulate and set tasks and objectives, and is interested in software design and architecture. You will be working with a small highly-experienced team in the environment set for expanding your technology and domain expertise and professional growth.
5+ experience as a BA/PM.
Experience in project requirements management, documentation of various complexity and detailing.
Strong understanding of software development methodology. You should know when to use Scrum, when to shift to Kanban, and be able to combine various practices to reach the utmost results.
Experience in planning. You should go beyond creating backlogs or building a project plan in MSP and show flexibility in planning your schedule and the work of your team.
Fluency in both written and spoken English. This job requires a great deal of communication with the clients from Europe and the U.S.
Curiosity and analytical mind. You should be eager to work out the client’s idea, study competitors, make relevant suggestions, be able to help clients understand the strategy to achieve their goals.
Strong ambition for self-development, skills for fast learning, confidence to step outside your comfort zone.
System thinking, ability to translate and communicate your ideas to the others.
Good to have
Basic understanding of user-centric and practical interfaces, prototyping skills.
Basic technical skills and experience with technology projects.
Experience in presale, including client interviewing, building the statement of work, making initial estimations, etc.
